AMRAP 18: 15 Box jumps + 12 Push press + 9 Toes-to-bar
1) Запрыгивания. На тумбе - колени и бёдра полностью выпрямлены. Спускаться можно прыжком или сшагивать. Вверх запрыгивать (для 55+ можно зашагивать).
2) Толчок. Можно делать: shoulder press, push press, push jerk or split jerk.
3) Toes-to-bar. Обе ноги должны коснуться перекладины
